We had a great time with the TVOKids team on Sunday at the North York YMCA to kick off Healthy Me Week.
TVOKids Host Kara signed autographs and warmed up the kids for an afternoon of healthy activity. My TVOParents colleague Karen Bridson and I met the parents and kids who came out to play. It was great to meet many new friends and have fun with them.
