The Whole Grain Story

Master Control explains that white bread and white rice are fine in moderation, but whole grains are always a good choice, because of the extra nutrients and fibre they provide. The Bodies decide that they want to eat more unprocessed foods.

Harmony tries to get the other Bodies to practice music with her. After a while, they are all too tired to play. Master Control tells them that they have to eat for energy and together they perform a song highlighting the important role of eating in being.active.

Tutu announces that she doesn't want to eat meat. Tim is concerned that she won't be getting all of the nutrients she needs that meat helps provide. Master Control adds that there are many nutritious foods that can provide enough protein and nutrients. Tutu decides to give it a try with Master Control keeping an eye on her diet.

Brittle Bones & Bad Teeth

Boffo hacks the Bodies computer. He wants the Bodies to have brittle bones and bad teeth, so he removes all of the calcium rich foods out of the menu planner and hides them. Master Control and Tim enlist the Bodies help to find all of the calcium rich foods and add them back into the menu planner.

Chocoholics

Tim loves chocolate and eats it whenever he can. The Bodies wonder what all the fuss is about, they want to try it. Tim suggests that they try chocolate milk, because it has all the vitamins and nutrients of regular milk. Master Control worries about the sugar, but Tim assures him that chocolate milk has less sugar than regular fruit juice.

Upgrade for Bodies

Tim (Healthy Boy) decides to upgrade the Bodies and their environment. He adds lots of bright and colourful fruits and vegetables to the Bodies diet to liven things up and give them lots of phytochemicals, which protect against sickness.

Snack Attack

The Boffo Virus infects the snack portion of the Bodies Menu Planner. He replaces all of their healthy snacks with fatty, sugary ones. Tim fixes the menu planner and ensures that the Bodies are given healthy snacks again.

Vitamin See
February 13, 2007
Tim is having trouble seeing the computer screen and he is bumping into things at night. The Bodies are concerned that something is wrong. Master Control suspects that Tim isn't getting enough vitamin A, because vitamin A would improve his eyesight. Tim begins a regime of vitamin A rich food and so do the Bodies. It turns out that Tim needs glasses, but after so much vitamin A, he can now see better without them.

Supersize Me Boffo

Boffo is back and reincarnated as a computer virus, he infects Tim's computer and corrupts the Bodies menu planner. Boffo gives them all huge portions of food and Tim has to reprogram it and explain to the Bodies what a proper portion is.

They rap and sing about why you should pick juice over pop. The video is a nutritional send up of today?s hit music videos. The host changes the channel. They tune into Leave it Boffo, Ward and June Tether are worried about Boffo's constant consumption of pop. They tell him about the nutritional benefits of juice and explain that juice tastes better than pop. Boffo promises that when he grows up, he will always eat healthy.

The host changes the channel to Good Morning Ontario. The hosts Lisa and Kyle can barely keep their eyes open as they yawn their way through the morning's news. Even Phil the weatherman can barely hold his head up as tells the weather. It's not until they have a chipper Interior Decorator on the show that we realize she is the only one to have eaten a proper breakfast. The host changes the channel. It's their chocolate milk madness sale! All chocolate milk and related products are price to moo-ve. There was a problem with their fridge and the chocolate milk became frozen, but it doesn't matter because you can enjoy it as chocolate milk pops.
