About this Video

How does a soldier go from fighting a war to coming home to kids and spouses and school lunches and housecleaning and domestic routine? Some do better than others - but no one comes back unchanged. There's often anger, disorientation, distance, as the soldier slowly re-adapts to home life. On this special edition of Your Voice, we'll meet a couple with two children, who have lived through four deployments, the last one to Afghanistan, and will live through another in 2010. And we'll talk to the executive director of an agency that counsels and helps military families cope with the pressure of going to war and the even more difficult journey back from war.
